Apple Smoking Sawdust (150g)


Apple is a great wood dust for any meats and is particularly good with white meats.

150gm bag / Medium to fine grade

We recommend soaking your wood chips/sawdust in liquid for an hour or so prior to use, this helps to slow the smoulder of the wood and provides added humidity that assists with the moisture of the meat.

    My first use of this apple dust was to cold smoke a side of bacon. The dust worked perfectly in my cold smoke generator and the flavour was great.
