Hi Mountain Snack Sticks are a great home made snack that are great for parties, with a beer or a healthy protein snack for your whole family.
Simply mix the seasoning with your choice of mince (you can vary the type of meat between Pork, Beef, Chicken etc), fill the supplied casings (you will need a size 21 nozzle on a sausage filler or use the Hi Mountain Jerky/Link gun), allow the flavour to infuse with the meat overnight and then dry in your oven or smoker. You only need to make as much as you want at one time.
Will process approximately 13.5kgs of meat. Once complete you will need to store these in your refrigerator as these sticks are just like a Twiggy stick that you pay a lot more for at your supermarket.
