Supplied in a stand up zip lock sealed pouch, smoke powder can be used in foods or on foods making them a great addition to Sausages & Jerky. You can add Powdered smoke to any food including sauces, soups and stuffings, or sprinkle on your BBQ meats while they're on the grill!

Recommended for use in the dry-curing process, with products like the Buckboard Bacon Cure.

Eliminates the need for the smoking process.

FLAVOURS:


Hickory - Strong, yet mellow. Mildly spicy. The perfect All-Rounder.
Mesquite - Sharper and more pronounced than hickory. Great when making burgers or sprinkling on your BBQ meats.
Apple - the sweetest of the three, but still packs a deep smoke flavour.

    This adds a new complexity to my casseroles and mash potatoes as I have only just started using it.
    It would have been nice to have a few recipies printed out in with the powdered smoke
