Hi Mountain Summer Sausage kits are great for making a healthy and tasty large diameter sandwich meat out of affordable mince meats.
Simple process of mixing the seasonings with the mince, fill the supplied casings with a spoon or large diameter sausage filler. Allow the filled sausage to develop the flavour overnight and then dry/cook in your oven or smoker the next day.
These kits contain the seasoning, cure and casings to make over 15kgs of sausage. It also includes instructions and a mixing chart so you can make as much or as little as you like.
You can use Beef, Pork, Venison or even Chicken or a combination of meats.
Choose from the following tasty flavours - Original Summer Sausage, Jalapeno Chilli, Cracked Pepper and Garlic and Hunters Blend (lightly peppery with a touch of garlic and chilli).
