Smoked & Cured has a comprehensive range of salts and cures to be used for everything from making jerky, semi dried sausages, salami, ham or bacon in bulk. We also have our own range of Misty Gully pure Australian Kosher salt, pickling salt and a coarse sprinkling salt for that final touch on your main meal.
