Product Description

Natural/Clear Fibrous casing for making Kabana & Pepperoni etc. These skins provide an end product with an easy peel coating that is not to be eaten like collagen sausage casings etc. 

* 6cm across & 48cm long when flat (if you would like a different diameter please let me know and I will order them in for you)

* Tied with string for hanging

* Other styles, colors and sizes available to order please contact me for details. (this is an each price)

When using fibrous casings you simply soak them in water for 30 minutes to an hour prior to use.
