Brisket Rub – 2023/34 RUNNER UP best Steak Rub, 2025/26 RUNNER UP best Brisket Rub. 2 podium finished for our Activated Charcoal Briskte Rub. Designed to really bring out the flavour or brisket and beef. All the classic components – salt, pepper, garlic and onion, with a few little X-factors in there which make this rub a subtle force on any red meat.
Chicken Rub – 25/26 RUNNER UP best Chicken Rub. Our take on a classic roast chicken flavour profile altered for low and slow cooking… Big on herbs, but enough sweetness to pair perfectly with throwing your next chook in the smoker!
Rib Rub – 25/26 RUNNER UP best Pork Rub. We’re super proud of this one. Tastes of cherry, maple and cinnamon blended with the perfect amounts of salt and spices will give you the most amazing ribs – we promise!

Garlic Butter Seasoning – 25/26 RUNNER UP best All Purpose Rub. Big garlic and butter flavours work perfectly with just about any protein. Unbeleivable on steaks, chicken and roast spuds. Amazing when used as a base layer on Low & Slow cooks such as brisket and shorties. So good though that you’ll probably just end up eating it straight out of the jar!
