This is an authentic Wyoming, Hi Mountain Western Style Steak Rub, made to an old favourite local recipe. A nice tangy spicy rub with a garlic hit. Simply sprinkle on your steaks or roast, rub in and let stand for an hour and then start cooking.
It comes in a large 285g shaker bottle because it just doesn’t last long enough in the little one!

Goes great not only with beef but other steaks as well. Will definitely be getting more if I ever manage to finish the bottle!
Nice rub, versatile. Its more of a course rub so will complement finer rubs or can use it on its own. Great service from smoked and cured
