Cherry Smoking Sawdust (150g)


Cherry wood dust gives a sweet fruity undertone to your cook, but still enough spice and depth to perfectly complement red meats. Fantastic with Beef and Ribs.

150g bag / Medium to fine grade. 

We recommend soaking your wood chips/sawdust in liquid for an hour or so prior to use, this helps to slow the smoulder of the wood and provides added humidity that assists with the moisture of the meat.
