Product Description

Make Sausages, Jerky or Meat sticks with fresh mince meat using the easy to use and easy to clean Jerky/Link Master. You can use the Jerky master for not only Jerky but you can make Fruit strips for drying in a dehydrator or convert it for use as a sausage filler by changing the nozzle.

The Jerky/Link master gun comes with:

*  Jerky Gun    *  2 x Nozzles for different Jerky shapes Flat and small round  * 1 x Sausage nozzle

****PLEASE NOTE: This gun is made specifically for food processing and is manufactured with VERY STRONG food grade plastic and is designed for easy cleaning which is critical when processing meat products. It is not simply an industrial caulking gun, they are not suitable for processing food and are not easily cleaned.

    I previously had an earlier one of these Jerky Guns and broke the sausage chute so I bought another and the new one is so much better, great quality and so very much easier to use. Love it!!!

    built well a little hard to clean only used it once,with the flat nossle.will use a different ground meat next time to beef

    Really great for ground meat jerky which I made because, with arthritis, I do not have the slicing skills to do justice to muscle meat jerky. I used the flat nozzle. However, I couldn't get the nozzle off very easily to wash.
    THEN I got bagged out a bit on a FB page for daring to use ground meat. Apparently, this is sacrilege to my U.S. friends, some of whom make jerky but have never heard of a gun LOL. Anyway, when I explained my arthritis, someone suggested I buy an electric meat slicer........ so I ordered one!
    Will use the jerky gun, in future, to make sausages!!!

    The product is as described, its well built and is easy to use. I have made three types of jerky so far kangaroo, turkey and beef. It was simple as putting the mixture in and pulling the trigger. Clean up afterwards was easy as everything came apart. Only concern was getting the plunger to initial enter into the tube. Was a tight fit and needed some force.
