Pecan is the perfect all-rounder. Spicy and dense like Hickory, with a delicate nutty undertone.

150gm bag / Medium to fine grade

We recommend soaking your wood chips/sawdust in liquid for an hour or so prior to use, this helps to slow the smoulder of the wood and provides added humidity that assists with the moisture of the meat.
