By design Misty Gully Banquet Bags have a smooth surface on both sides, as such a regular domestic channel vacuum sealer is unable to pull a vacuum and correctly seal the bags. Channel Helper fabric fixes this issue by creating a space for the air to travel through as the vacuum sealer is operating.
There is enough Channel Helper included for approximately 12 uses.

I tried to seal my banquet bags without this and it was an epic fail. It is a must have.
i found the channel helpers difficult to use
i managed to destroy the large dry age bags whilst trying to make the opening smaller and also trying to vacuum pack a 5kg piece of steak
i fully realize that it is not the fault of the bags, but my fault as i have to learn the new technique
i must say , thing’s are not mend to be easy but the banquet bag CHANNEL VACUUM SEALER HELPER was the norm to make the job work .
it has needed a bid of time at first , but when you get the hang of it , things are going smooth .
