Take the guess-work out of making the perfect Mexican sausage at home with this premium quality sausage seasoning mix.

Makes 5kg of sausages.

Directions for use: Use 5kg pork shoulder. Mince meat through a 10mm plate. Mix 5kg ground meat with Mexican Seasoning, 200ml of white vinegar and 100ml cold water. Fill size 28-36 natural hog casings. Keep in refrigerator. Cook before serving.

Store seasoning in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use only as directed.
