Instructions for making the Buckboard Bacon.

As an option not listed in these instructions you can dry your Bacon in an oven, simply follow the instructions re time and temperature but put your meat in the oven instead. You can also use Liquid Smoke and Powdered Smoke to get that smokey flavour, add the powder to the dry cure and then liberally add the Liquid smoke to the meat prior to drying.

    The instructions for making my own bacon were so easy to follow, as the process takes about a week from start to finish I haven't eaten any yet but its looking good so far. Can't wait to try it :)
